How To BackUp Android Files Without Root Access

Helium is available to both free and premium users. While free users can backup their data only to Micro SD and computer hard drive, premium users can back up their data to any cloud storage of their choice.
How to Backup your android device With Helium
1. Download helium app from Playstore here and install.
2. Open Helium app on your android device and connect via USB to your computer.
NB
If you have rooted your device, you don’t need to connect your device to a computer as you can backup your files directly to your SD Card.
3. Non-root user should download Helium desktop installer here and also install the respective android driver for their device from that same page.
4. Once installation is complete, follow the on screen guide on your android device to enable helium work properly.
5. After setup is complete, a list of all apps and files currently available on the device will be displayed. Here you will be able to select any file or app you want and tap “Backup button” to backup to various drive box or cloud store (for premium users).
Restoring your data is also very easy. Setup the helium connection and click “Restore and sync”.
You can also sync files from two different devices to another, and they will work just fine.
